It takes us 1-3 working days to process and package your order. For deliveries within the UK it should take 2-3 working days from the dispatch date, and for international deliveries, it should take a max of 12 working days to arrive from the dispatch date.

Orders that are shipped internationally from the UK are sent via DDU. By sending DDU, the receiver will be required to pay all applicable destination duties and taxes. This varies within different countries. Some may not charge you at all while others will.

Please note our shipping days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday's.

Care

The abayas can be hand washed or put on a delicate cycle to help avoid damage. Use a low temperature too: warm cycles may cause your abaya to shrink. In order to protect it from snagging, put it in a mesh laundry bag before putting it in the washing machine.
