HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

It takes us 1-2 working days to process and package your order.

For deliveries within the UK it should take 1-2 working days from the dispatch date, and for international deliveries, it should take between 10-15 working days to arrive from the dispatch date.

(This time frame could change depending on delays) Please be aware that any delays that are out of our control, i.e. weather, or flight cancellations, can lead to extended delivery times.

HAVEN'T RECIEVED YOUR ORDER YET?

If the expected delivery date has passed, we recommend that you look at the tracking link provided in your dispatch email, to track your order.

There may have been a delivery attempt or your package may have been left at a designated location.

CUSTOMS / TAX FEES

Orders that are shipped internationally from the UK are sent via DDU. By sending DDU, the receiver will be required to pay all applicable destination duties and taxes. This cost varies within different countries.

LOST/DELAYED PARCEL

ByHasanat cannot take responsibililty for delays that occur with our courier services. Additionally, ByHasanat cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels, because once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the courier service's responsibility to deliver it. If your parcel does not reach you, you will have to submit claim forms with the courier company to start an investigation. You can email us for the link or go directly to the courier's website to initiate the claim. This can take several weeks and we will only consider refunding a lost item 70% of the current item value, (to cover missed stock-keeping time), 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

ByHasanat will always book orders to be delivered to the address provided. It is not ByHasanat's responsibility if the customer places an order with an incorrect or incomplete address. In addition, it is not ByHasanat's responsibility if the customer is unavailable to receive a parcel. A note/card or text may be left by the courier or a message on tracking and it is the addressees responsibility to follow it up. This also applies for international deliveries.

We take pride in ensuring that every order is carefully checked beforehand and packaged with care and attention to detail. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, for more information please look at our refund and returns policy.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

ALL INFORMATION ABOUT RESTOCKS (E.G. DATE, TIME & EXACT ITEMS BEING RESTOCKED) ARE ALL POSTED ONTO OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRIOR TO THE RESTOCK DAY!

IS THE BELT ATTACHED TO THE ABAYA?

No! the belt is not attached to the abaya and it can be worn with or without depending on the style you are going for - the reason we include a belt is because our abayas are inclusive of all sizes ranging from XS to L, therefore the belt can be used to accommodate smaller sizes.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ABAYA?

The abayas can be hand washed or put on a delicate cycle to help avoid damage. Use a low temperature too: warm cycles may cause your abaya to shrink. Wash the abaya inside out to help preserve its colour. In order to protect it from snagging, put it in a mesh laundry bag before putting it in the washing machine.
