Can I return an item on sale?
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
If the item you received is damaged, please get in touch with us on support@byhasanat.co.uk and we will help resolve the issue.
What if i need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.
If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@byhasanat.co.uk as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.
If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery. We encourage you to get in touch with them!
How do I access my store credit?
If you have store credit, then it will be displayed as a payment method at checkout.
If you have store credit available to you, and you are logged into your account, the value of your store credit will be displayed at checkout in the Store credit section. You can select Apply store credit to use your store credit as a payment method.
You can view your store credit balance in your account details when you are logged into your customer account
How do I cancel my order?
Please email support@byhasanat.co.uk as quickly as possible! If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to cancel it.
We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange through your account or by contacting us once you receive your order.
When will I get my order?
We have a processing time of 1-3 working days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
For orders shipped outside the UK, our shipping charges do not include import taxes or duties. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and handling fees charged by your local authorities; amounts vary by destination and order value.
If you choose not to pay these charges, the parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive it back, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) only—original shipping costs are non-refundable (and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund).
The courier will notify you—typically by email—if payment is required before delivery.
