Orders & Shipping

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the contact us form or email support@byhasanat.co.uk with your full name, email, order number and reason for return.

Our team will get back to you with next steps and generate a return request. Once the return request is complete, carefully seal the package and include the packing slip that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Do I have to pay taxes on my order?

For orders shipped outside the UK, our shipping charges do not include import taxes or duties. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and handling fees charged by your local authorities; amounts vary by destination and order value.

If you choose not to pay these charges, the parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive it back, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) only —original shipping costs are non-refundable (and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund).

The courier will notify you—typically by email—if payment is required before delivery

Can I still change/cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.

If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@byhasanat.co.uk as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Please note that we’re unable to assist with order enquiries through Instagram or TikTok DMs.

If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery. We encourage you to get in touch with them!

Can I return an item on sale?

Sale items are not eligible for returns.

If the item you received is damaged, please get in touch with us on support@byhasanat.co.uk and we will help resolve the issue.

Can I return my order?

All orders can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note we only issue refunds in store credit.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

You must notify the us of any loss or delayed shipments or damaged shipments within 21 days of the date of dispatch. If we are contacted beyond this date, we are unable to process a refund/open an investigation with the courier.

Refunds & Store Credit

What is the refund policy?
  • Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges are not available; only returns for store credit will be processed.

How can I access my store credit?

f you have store credit, then it will be displayed as a payment method at checkout.

If you have store credit available to you, and you are logged into your account, the value of your store credit will be displayed at checkout in the Store credit section. You can select Apply store credit to use your store credit as a payment method.

You can view your store credit balance in your account details when you are logged into your customer account

When will I receive my store credit?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Store credit is issued after this has been completed. This process usually takes up to ten working days. You will receive an email as soon as your store credit has been added to your account. It will be sent to the email address linked to your order number.
