Pre-orders will be shipped out within 2 weeks. Once shipped, UK customers will receive their orders within 1 business day and international customers will receive their orders within 10 business days depending on the shipping method used at checkout.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you need further assistance with tracking the status of your order, please reach out to us at support@byhasanat.co.uk

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.

If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@byhasanat.co.uk as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery. We encourage you to get in touch with them!

Please email support@byhasanat.co.uk as quickly as possible! If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange here once you receive your order.

Enjoy fast & free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom over £100! Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse it'll be at your doorstep within 1-2 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer DPD Shipping on orders placed outside of the U.K. You can find a list of the countries we ship too here:

Orders will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse, however please note some exceptions can occur and shipping dates are not guaranteed.

We DO NOT include custom duties and taxes in our shipping costs. You may be charged these upon delivery.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

For all orders outside of the UK please note that we do NOT accept exchanges.

Note: We only offer refunds in the form of store credit and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received to our facility it will take around 2-5 days to process and inspect your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your store credit. 

TIKTOK SHOP

All TikTok orders must be resolved on TikTok Shop and cannot be returned via our website return of exchange procedure. We are happy to help with any further questions, please feel free to direct your enquiries on the TikTok Shop chat. To contact us on TikTok, you will need to click on your order on your TikTok profile. You then need to scroll down to ‘Contact Seller’ where you can get in touch with us regarding your order.

TIKTOK RETURNS

Please be aware that TikTok returns have a different return procedure to process returns for website orders. You cannot use the website return link for a TikTok return. You must request a return on TikTok Shop. If you are returning multiple items, be sure to use every return label provided, as TikTok provides 1 return label per item you return. If you do not use all labels provided, this will likely result in you not receiving a full refund.

You can process a return by clicking your order on your TikTok profile and requesting a return there.

Please note that we have the right to refuse if the wrong item is sent or it is not in a sellable condition. If you miss the return period we will not be able to process your return as TikTok will cancel your return request.

Please note we do not accept exchange requests for orders placed through Tiktok Shop.

TIKTOK CANCELLATIONS

We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, our fulfilment centre automatically begins fulfilling the order and we are not physically able to stop the order from being dispatched.

We recommend signing up for restock notifications on that style. To do this, simply head to the product page you are interested in and click the "Notify Me When Back in Stock" button.

We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available.

Yes, we offer seamless exchanges for all UK customers. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice and pay the difference. Please contact support@byhasanat.co.uk to request an exchange.

For all customers outside of the UK we kindly ask that you place a new order for the item of your choice as we do not offer an exchange service for international customers at this time.

If a package is not delivered due to an address mistake, it will be returned to our facility. Once it arrives and is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email notification from us regarding your refund. You can then place a new order using the correct address.

If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a partial/full refund or replacement. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at support@byhasanat.co.uk

To keep your abaya looking its best, machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, or hand wash with cold water for optimal care. Avoid vigorous scrubbing. Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded area to prevent colour fading, and refrain from using a tumble dryer. If ironing is necessary, use a low setting with a cloth barrier, or a steam iron on a low setting for chiffon/linen. Store your abaya in a cool, dry place, preferably on a padded hanger to avoid creasing. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals to maintain the fabric’s quality and color.
