Shipping

ByHasanat is a UK based modest fashion brand. All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK. We offer UK and international shipping, with delivery times and costs shown at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Orders placed outside of these dispatch days will be shipped on the next available dispatch date.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on UK bank holidays or UK public holidays. During busy periods such as launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

UK Shipping

All UK orders are dispatched from the UK and sent using either DPD or Evri, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

• DPD: 1–2 working days after dispatch

• Evri: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from the UK using DPD, Evri or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

• DPD: up to 14 working days after dispatch

• Evri: up to 14 working days after dispatch

• FedEx: up to 7 working days after dispatch

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
